Hello! I’m Hannah.
I am an outdoor mental health practitioner and have trained with The Therapy Adventure to become qualified to support young people with their mental health and wellbeing outdoors.
I am passionate about nature and sharing my knowledge and enthusiasm with children to inspire them to learn, grow and also to care about our environment through building a strong nature connection.
In my spare time I enjoy walking, cooking, gardening and doing yoga. I love being outdoors in all weathers and know from personal experience how much being in nature and green spaces helps support better mental health.
Throughout my experience I have worked with children with additional needs, neurodiversity and those with experience of trauma and know how rewarding it is to see children flourish with the right support in a safe and relaxed environment. I have up to date SSSC (Scottish social services council) registration and first aid qualification.
